The goal of the BLENREP REMS is to mitigate the risk of ocular toxicity.

  • Prescribers monitor patients for ocular toxicity by assessing ophthalmic exam findings at baseline and during treatment as described in the Prescribing Information.

BLENREP REMS Education Programs and Resources

The Education Program for Prescribers includes information on ocular toxicity associated with BLENREP including monitoring and management, and prescriber requirements of the REMS.

The BLENREP REMS Eye Care Professional Exam Form (Nonbranded) facilitates referral of patients to an eye care professional to conduct ophthalmic exams, and communication of exam results back to the prescribing oncologist.

The Education Program for Healthcare Settings includes information on healthcare setting certification and requirements of the REMS.
